What I learned about the presidential election

Some things I learned through examination of election issues and the candidates are the following. One of the things I learned was that there are more than two candidates still running. Before I learned otherwise in class I thought the only candidates left were Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, but Gary Johnson and Jill Stein are running as well.  Another thing I learned was that there are political parties other than Democratic and Republican. Although they are the main political parties there is also Libertarian like Gary Johnson  and Green like Jill Stein.  Lastly I learned that even when you begin on one side of an argument you can easily be persuaded to join the other side through all the good reasons from the others that you didn’t see at first.
